The Psychology of Eating And Consumer Health (PEACH) lab at the Harvard School of Public Health studies public health policies intended to improve the world’s diet and prevent and reduce obesity and eating disorders. The goal of our research is to provide policymakers and institutions with science-based guidance. Our recent research has focused on menu labeling, front-of-package food labeling, food marketing, and New York City’s proposed portion cap on sugary drinks served in restaurants.
