We Research How Our Food Choices Impact the Planet & What Can Be Done About It

As the science on the environmental impacts of our food supply evolves, we are learning more and more about the impact our dietary choices have on climate change. One major contributor, for example, to global warming is cows because they produce methane. 

In our paper, we argue that the Dietary Guidelines for Americans should consider environmental sustainability when making recommendations.
